Component Inspection

1. Alternator Assembly: Check that the stator and rotor are free from collision deformation, the rectifier bridge and voltage regulator are undamaged, the pulley rotates smoothly without jamming or abnormal noise, the terminals are free from oxidation and thread slipping, and the heat dissipation air ducts are unobstructed.
