Finally, remove the rear cover, back cover, magnetic poles, brush holder, armature, one-way clutch and shift fork, and planetary gear in sequence.

After completing the disassembly, carry out cleaning and inspection work. Use specialized cleaning agents or solvents such as alcohol to thoroughly clean the surface of disassembled components, remove oil stains and impurities, and carefully inspect the wear condition of each component to see if there are cracks or damage. The next step is the installation process. Firstly, use two bolts to install the starter assembly, ensuring that the torque reaches 37N · m. Then, connect the corresponding connectors and use nuts to connect terminal 30 with a torque of 9.8N · m. Afterwards, close the terminal cover and install the wiring harness bracket with bolts, with a torque controlled at 8.4N · m. Finally, install two harness clips.

After installation, conduct testing and debugging work. Connect the power to the starter and observe if it is working properly. At the same time, comprehensive testing and debugging of the starter's starting performance are carried out to ensure that it can start the engine normally and meet the usage requirements.

During the entire replacement process, special attention should be paid to the following points: 1 Be careful and cautious when disconnecting the cable from the negative terminal of the battery; During the disassembly and installation process, it is necessary to protect the surface and internal structure of each component to prevent damage or contamination; 3.
